Dana Altman and his Oregon staff took a real hit this spring with a number of guys like Dillon Brooks and Tyler Dorsey heading to the NBA, but they are showing they can recruit with the best out west, already making headway into next year’s junior class with the commitment of 6-9 Miles Norris, our No.27 rated junior, from San Diego, CA Heli High
“Miles chose Oregon because he knew it was the right fit for him,? His summer coach Ryan Silver told us. “It is a great place for him, great staff, great fans, and talented players to play with!?
Miles is a very versatile player,? Silver continued. “ He gives Coach Altman the type of player who can play two or three spots on either end. He can do a variety of things that will help him play right away!?
Norris has range, can score off the dribble or pull-up and uses his length to rebound in and out of his zone. His length anf quick feet will let him help patrol the paint for the Ducks, especially from the help side of the floor. Look for him to contribute from day one in Eugene!
