Sean Miller and his Arizona staff got a big boost to their spring recruiting and a positive that puts some of the problems the program has had with the re-commitment of 6’3 point guard Brandon Williams, our No.33 rated senior, from Encino, CA Crespi High.

He announced his decision to head to Arizona at the Ball is Life All-Star practice after taking a serious look at Oregon and Gonzaga, he decided to choose the program he felt most comfortable with, Arizona.

“The whole thing with me was being extremely happy with a program where I know I’m most comfortable with and where I know my heart first led me,” Williams said during his announcement. “That was with Coach Miller and the University of Arizona.”

He missed much of his junior year due to a congenital bone problem, and had surgery to correct the problem. He returned this year to average close to 25 points a game and showed the skill set that give him the tools to make an immediate impact at either guard spot for the Wildcats! He is a tough kid, who can run the point, knock down the three, or get out and defend on the perimeter. He definitely fits Sean Miller’s style of play.’
